BJJ - The Rules of the Game takes the privacy of its customers very seriously. When you place an order with us, you will be asked to provide the necessary information to us. We will only share the necessary information with third parties (logistic partners) in case this is necessary for the correct processing of your order.

necessary for the execution of the agreement. The customer is obliged to provide the personal data. The consequence of not providing this information is that we cannot accept and process the order from the customer.

At the request of the customer, BJJ- The Rules of the Game will remove the customer's data from the database, provided that the customer has fulfilled his/her (payment) obligations.

If desired, the customer can inform BJJ - The Rules of the Game by e-mail of changes in his/her details. The customer has the right to inspect, right to correction, and the right of removal of his/her personal data. The customer has the right to file a complaint with the lead supervisory authority.

BJJ - The Rules of the Game keeps online visitor statistics in order to see which pages of the website are visited to which extent. These statistics will be used by BJJ - The Rules of the Game to make the internet site more accessible.

BJJ - The Rules of the Game uses backup and security techniques to prevent and/or restore the loss, mutilation or any other damage to information.

The customer data is shared with logistic partners (DHL and/or Deutsche Post) with the aim of delivering the packages.

The data will be retained for as long as necessary with regard to the service to the customer. Data is therefore stored until the customer indicates that he/she no longer wants to be a customer.
