Return and Refund Policy

After receiving BJJ - The Rules of the Game products you have 14 days consideration time. Within this period a product can be returned, but only if the product is 100% in perfect condition. 

Make sure the product is decently packed to avoid damage to the products during transport. We cannot process damaged or lost returns. The shipping is always the responsibility of the sender.

We will process your demand as soon as the package arrives. We strive to process your return within 7 work-days.

The costs of returning the product is on behalf of the client.
